diet check…

i had a nice chat with a friend the other day about our respective health situations… we were friends in college and both crushed food… inevitably, we both gained a bunch of weight… my friend has lost a bunch of weight recently, so we started talking about how he did it… all he did was change his diet… nothing else! pretty cool…

we then started talking about being conscious of what you eat… it sucks when you gotta start paying attention to what you eat… eating everything with no thought or regret is the best… but as you age, so do your insides… you gotta be good to them! if you are not, you’ll pay the price…

learning and experiencing how eating shitty food makes you feel shitty takes time… there are those few lucky dogs that eat anything and are not affected at all… but it’ll catch up to us all in the end…

i have enjoyed being conscious of my eating habits… moderation is key to everything and especially with food… we have easy-access to the most unhealthy food in the world at all times… you gotta try to search out the right stuff, so you are not constantly exposing your body to crap… it’s a difficult habit to start because food is the bomb! but do yourself a favor and check your diet…

it could help/prolong your shredding!
