from another place…

i usually like to write about things related to health, life, and/or skateboarding… i also like to keep it fresh and not related to current events… what recently happened here in CO was disappointing and tragic… a young man took advantage of his freedom and opportunity to live… he destroyed many lives and families… he tried to be an example of negativity and chaos… and just like the families that were directly affected, we are still waiting to understand why…

i have come to terms with the fact that people can and will do bad things… i don’t expect them to, but i am not surprised when they do bad things… people are animals too… we have lost sight of that because we have evolved beyond comprehension… sometimes our actions are completely immoral and primal…

this “person” that wanted to create chaos used an excuse that he is a character from a movie… this “person” is immature and immoral… to play the part as an educated, young, white member of society and then turn around on his fortunate life is pathetic… he is in graduate school and studying the way the brain functions, right? has he found a way to escape his actions by pleading insanity? i have nothing to say further about this “person” but “fuck you, you ungrateful nothingness. you deserve nothing more than the difficulties and stress of life during the rest of your sad existence.”

i do not believe this “person” is crazy… he was completely conscious of what he was doing… why he did it will more than likely never be known… maybe he thought he could bring chaos to the world… maybe he hates the way our nation is structured and operates… but does that warrant such extreme actions? in a movie theater? come on, man… you are not insane at all… just another immature and ungrateful low-life…

i am not one to say i’ve never questioned our way of life in the US… there are other ways to express yourself in this life… harming others gets you and our society nowhere… this “person” showed us what taking a step back in our evolution as moral beings is like… no, we are not perfect, dood… things do need to change to make the world a better place, but you embarrassed us all with your thoughtless and hurtful attempt…

your actions have proved nothing, but that it is easy to ruin peoples’ lives… i’m pretty sure we already knew the fragility of happiness though…

this “person” and his actions were from another place… if we can share our appreciation for life and work towards change together, we can minimize these horrific events…

peace and noLove…
